How it works
From brief to the bush
You send a brief
Dates, headcount, a budget per person and what the trip is for. A rough idea is enough to start.
We propose options
Two or three written options with venues, a day-by-day plan and costs, so you can compare them side by side.
We lock it in
Once you choose, we hold the camps, vehicles and flights, and send one schedule for everyone travelling.
We run the trip
On the day we handle transfers, guides and timings, so the organiser gets to enjoy it too.
